2. Services Iglooses OÜ provides ride-hailing services that connect passengers with independent drivers. We act as a technology provider, facilitating connections between users and drivers. We do not own, operate, or control vehicles or transportation services.
3. User Registration & Accounts – To use Iglooses, users must create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date personal details. – Account credentials must be kept confidential. Users are responsible for all activity conducted under their accounts. – We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent or abusive behavior.
4. Passenger Responsibilities – Passengers must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by an adult. – Passengers agree to provide accurate pick-up and drop-off locations. – Passengers must treat drivers and other users with respect. – Damages to a driver’s vehicle due to a passenger’s negligence or misconduct may result in additional charges.
5. Driver Obligations – Drivers must maintain a valid license, vehicle registration, and appropriate insurance. – Drivers are responsible for vehicle safety and must comply with all local transportation laws. – Drivers must accept and complete ride requests professionally and courteously. – Drivers are independent contractors and not employees of Iglooses OÜ.
6. Payments & Fees – Passengers agree to pay the fare determined at the time of booking, including any applicable taxes and fees. – Fares may include additional charges such as waiting time, tolls, or surge pricing. – Payments are processed electronically through the Iglooses platform. – Iglooses may deduct service fees from driver earnings before payouts.
7. Cancellations & Refund Policy – Passengers may cancel a ride within a specified timeframe to avoid cancellation fees. – If a driver fails to arrive within a reasonable time, passengers may cancel without penalty. – Refund requests will be reviewed and are subject to Iglooses’ discretion. – Refunds for service issues, fraudulent transactions, or disputes will be processed following an internal review.
8. Ratings & Reviews – Users may rate and review drivers, and drivers may rate passengers. – Iglooses reserves the right to deactivate accounts with consistently low ratings. – Fake or misleading reviews are prohibited.
9. Liability & Disclaimers – Iglooses OÜ does not provide transportation services and is not liable for incidents occurring during rides. – We do not guarantee the availability, punctuality, or quality of rides. – To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iglooses disclaims all warranties related to the service.
10. Account Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Privacy & Data Protection – Iglooses OÜ collects and processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. – We take appropriate measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution – These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. – Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or Estonian courts.
